Q: How much it costs to list a property?
A: It is absolutely free!
Q: I am a real estate agent, can I list on the platform?
A: No. Our project is connecting owners with tenants directly!
Q: Do you provide my details to tenant (email or mobile number)?
A: No. We have an internal chat system and all your information we be kept in private.
Q: Do you verify the ownership of the property?
A: To protect tenants from fraud and duplicate listings, we are verifying the ownership of the property and requesting to provide Title Deed from owners.
Q: Are there any charges for listing my property on 8 RENT?
A: No. It is absolutely free!
Q: How many units can I list
A: You can list as many as you would like, but no duplicates allowed.
Q: Does 8Rent provide a ready tenancy contracts?
A: Yes, we provide a prefilled ready sample, approved by Dubai Land Department. But if you would like you can edit an additional terms
Q: How can I edit the details of my listing?
A: To make any changes to your listing, go to My Listed Properties and look for the unit you want to edit. Then tap on the three dots at the top right corner and select “Edit”.
Q: Can I list a non-residential property on 8Rent?
A: No, currently we are working only with residential units.
Q: I have a property outside UAE, can I list it?
A: No, currently we are working only in UAE and Saudi Arabia
Q: How can I quickly post a property?
A: First sign up for a free account, and click list a property.
Q: Are there any charges for using 8Rent?
A: No, there are no charges for using 8Rent Platform.
Q: How can I view the unit I like?
Q: How to rent a unit I like?
A: After viewing the unit, go to viewed properties and click book the unit. If owner will approve you will get automaticaly generated contract to your email.
Q: How can I pay to owner?
A: After getting a generated contract you have to meet the owner, provide cheques and get from owner signed contract
Q: How can I register EJARI?
A: After generating the contract you will receive on your email all nessesary document for EJARI registration
